Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is my ultimate goal. Although, all payments are final. If you are dissatisfied with any of my services or products, please reach out to me in person, by phone, or email so I can address your concerns.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Each appointment is very important to me because I reserve this time just for you! You will receive a confirmation email upon booking, one email reminder 24 hours prior to your upcoming appointment, and one text message reminder (text messaging optional) two (2) hours prior to your upcoming appointment. By booking, you have agreed to this cancellation & rescheduling policy as listed. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must provide a MINIMUM two (2) hours notice. This is a strict policy, no exceptions. No Shows and last-minute cancellations (less than two (2) hours notice will be required to pay full price for session booked for the missed appointment. Your credit card is required to book an appointment but will not be charged unless you are a no-show or last-minute cancellation (less than two (2) hours). If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule or wait for the next available appointment as on-time appointments are taken first. This policy allows me to accurately inform clients of my availability and provide the best customer service to everyone.
